Great paper :)
I also am guilty of looking to wikipedia when I am in some random conversation and need to know something fast. And even as a first stop when doing a research paper...really crazy. I like your "smart friend" analogy...perfect description. You know its funny to think of how much knowledge has expanded for an average individual in a very short amount of time. I think I am still living 500 years ago tho cuz man it hurts my brain.
